　　烹饪是非常重要的生活技能之一。对于毕业后出国留学的同学们来说，利用有限的食材做出健康美味的食物，能让国外的生活更添精彩。

　　Cooking is one of the most important life skills. For students that will study abroad after graduation, being able to cook healthy and delicious meals with limited ingredients can make their life more interesting in a foreign country.

　　在新冠疫情期间，珠海德威国际高中开展在线学习，停课不停学。老师们不仅继续教授学生课业上的知识，也引导学生们在居家隔离的时间学习生活的技能。三月中旬，10年级L班就举办了一次居家厨艺大比拼——美食烹饪大赛，比赛的规则是每位学生在家长的监护及指导下完成一道“花菜”（肉＋非肉类食材组合），并邀请家庭成员试吃。大赛收到了学生及家长们的热烈响应，很快老师们就收到了学生们提交的美食作品照片。

　　Since the launch of Dulwich International High School Zhuhai (DHZH) online learning, our teachers not only continue to teach students academic knowledge, but also encourage them to learn life skills during home isolation.

　　In mid-March, our class 10L held a home cooking contest and invited students to cook a mixed dish under the supervision and guidance of their parents. The contest was warmly welcomed by students and parents. Altogether there were 20 families join the contest and submitted photos of their works.
